Monochrome Body & Soul
This weekend my husband and I booked last minute massages at Monochrome Body & Soul which is located in Duke Of York Square in Chelsea. The spa is very deceiving because from the outside it looks like a store (surrounded by a lot of other stores) but they really have a beautiful treatment facility in the basement. I had a massage with Robbie who was extremely knowledgeable on the body as he was a professionally trained ballet dancer for years and does a lot of sports massage. I recently had surgery on my toe and he was able to explain why a different area in my foot was in pain - I was convinced they operated on the wrong part! He used the perfect amount of pressure and I almost immediately went in to a massage coma.

Monochrome has  some great and unusual treatments such as numerous different facials with top of the line products such as Elemis and Carita. They almost have everything you need in one place such as face mapping, waxing, threading, different body treatments, acupuncture, reflexology, Chinese herbalism, Ear candling (which i have done somewhere else and it really works), hair cuts, hair extensions and oxygen bar. You would NEVER know that they offer all this by walking by. I plan on going back to try some of their more unusual treatments soon. If you see any you would definitely like me to try, comment below.
