Tell me if you've ever had a day like this.
You can't stop eating Cheetos even though you haven't had Cheetos since you were 5 years old! You cry when Will Smith graduates from High School on reruns of Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Oh yes, I did this!). You get frustrated with the guy that serves your coffee at Starbucks because he forget to give you a cup holder, then you decide you're going to go on a starvation diet because you have never seen yourself as fat as you are on that day?
A day like that is also known as PMS. The problem is for some reason, most women month after month don't think it's PMS until we get our period and then we say, "Ohhhhhh, that's why I was a mean witch last week!" I decided to take charge to learn about my behavior and symptoms associated with PMS.
