reflexology, massage, scoliosis, muscle spasm, treatment to relieve it?

I have a triple curve scoliosis, and have two lumps on my back which I have been told are muscle spasms. I want to know if there is any way that I can remove these lumps. I also get quite a bit of pain from my scoliosis.

Some people have said reflexology or deep tissue massage but I'm not completely sure whether these will help or not.

Answer:
Reflexology or deep tissue massage may help ease the pain of muscle spasms but this is not a cure to it. It can help from time to time but not always.

The scoliosis is putting pressure on your muscles, causing those lumps and pain. Unfortunately, unless the scoliosis is corrected, there is no other cure for it. You can, however, take muscle relaxants to help for the pain and discomfort but that's all it can do.
