wots the post treatment advice in relation to dietary & fluid in aromatherapy massage?

im doing a aromatherapy leaflet & need 2 know the post treatment advice in relation to clients dietary & fluid intake

Answer:
Continue to hydrate the body with water, juices, and green tea as Aromatherapy Massage detoxifies the body. The body needs the hydration for the next 24-48 hours. Eat light, healthy foods, nothing heavy like beef that takes days to digest. Keep yourself warm if it is cold outside.
